Jean Chatzky's Women with Money lays it all out there. Her book covers why we're scared to talk about money, how to change your relationship with money, and actionable steps on how to use money to create the lives and world that we want. 

Chatzky was a speaker at the WISE/R Symposium 2019 and as an attendee, I received a copy of her book. It was the book I needed to kick off the new year. Her writing style is easy to read, informative and also relatable. She doesn't hold back in sharing her own stories with money as well as the countless interviews she conducted for the book. 

My biggest takeaway was that we all have a money story. We have emotions wrapped into our relationship with money and that impacts us throughout our lives. She points hot that you can change your money story and create a new one that fits with how you want your life to be. 

She also addresses money and relationships, and urges to set aside specific times to talk about money with your partner, family or friends. It's going to be an uncomfortable situation but after reading her book, I feel more prepared to have those conversations. 

Women with Money is definitely worth the read if you have any fears or strong feelings about your money and you'll finish with tangible action items to help you grow your money.
