REAL Presence: The Physical Art of Great Communication

Spoken communication is a physical art. We often hear or say the phrase, "I could have said that better." However, being at a loss for words during communication opportunities has more to do with what your breath and body are doing than what your mind is (or is not) thinking. With a focus specifically on delivery (how you say it), this interactive workshop offers you the opportunity to practice kinesthetic tools for being concise, mastering silence and projecting authority, regardless of confidence or anxiety level, and learn how to decipher feedback and make it more behavioral and actionable.
Presenter: Chiara Motley

REAL Careers: An Inside Look at the Esports Landscape
Whether you play games or identify as a gamer — and even if you’ve never played a video game in your life — this session is a can’t-miss tour through the billion-dollar esports and gaming industry and its ever-expanding career opportunities. Hear from three veterans of the traditional sports world who now lead key divisions of both the esports and the gaming sides of Activision Blizzard as they share insights on their career paths and leadership journeys, the growth and trajectory of this rapidly growing industry, and why they find the gaming space’s focus on the fan and constant pace of change evidence that this is where the marketing of the future is taking shape.
Speakers: Kristin Connelly, Chelsea Delbridge, Eleanor Fortier
Moderator: Alison Overholt

REAL Data: The Deal Maker

The decision to invest millions of dollars on a sports property and/or products should be anchored by a mix of hard quantitative data and qualitative insights — science AND art. In this session, you will gain valuable insight into the thought process behind some of those decisions at one of the leading sports marketing and talent management companies in the world. Wasserman's president of brands and properties will share her approach to identifying and valuing partnership opportunities and how they align the two parties' goals and objectives to arrive at a mutually beneficial long-term engagement.
Presenter: Elizabeth Lindsey

REAL Power: The Power Within
This deeply reflective, highly interactive session with executive coach and DEI thought leader Audra Bohannon will guide you toward identifying your life's true passion and purpose — and will challenge you to connect your intentions with concrete action steps for making those goals a reality. Through big picture prompts, small group conversations, and a laser focus on how we all must learn to link our behavior to our intentions, every single day, you'll be motivated to identify and tap into your own capacity to do the things you say you want to do.
Presenter: Audra Bohannon

Join Kathy and Kathy for this intimate, wide-ranging fireside chat about their life and leadership journeys. Carter, who is presently organizing the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, will share on what it takes to oversee operations for the most ambitious Games yet. Informed by her experiences leading commercial efforts for Team USA and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and fueled by her 30-year career helping to drive growth of soccer in America — first as a member of the 1994 FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, then as a founding member of Major League Soccer and, later, as president of Soccer United Marketing — learn how to be an inspiring leader who makes an impact in today's fast-moving, competitive marketplace.
