Corporate Update Form

You must have a current corporate membership to use this update request form.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your allocation is completed accurately. Roster slots are configured exactly based on the chapter and number you submit.

Payment

Membership dues are non-refundable. All corporate discounts are processed by our National Headquarters in New York. We will send an invoice, along with further instructions after we receive your registration. There is no need to send a member list. After payment receipt, we will provide you with details on how to manage your roster online. Please allow five to 10 business days for processing.
