Payment
Membership dues are non-refundable. All corporate discounts are processed by our National Headquarters in New York.
For purchases up to $2,000, you have the option to pay by credit card during the registration process. Otherwise, we will send an invoice and instructions after we receive your submission.
There is no need to send a member list. After payment receipt, we will provide you with details on how to manage your roster online. Please allow five to 10 business days for processing.
NOTE: Due to high volume, we are experiencing a delay of an additional 5-10 business days in issuing invoices. For purchases up to $2,000, we recommend using the option to pay during the registration process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
