The benefits of exercise extend far beyond just a toned physique. Peloton: Though known for its exercise equipment, Peleton offers thousands of classes that you can easily participate in at home with little to no equipment. 30-day free trial.
Sworkit: Especially beneficial for people who may be new to exercising or who may find it hard to find time to exercise. These guided workouts are designed to help you develop an exercise routine and stick to it. Seven-day free trial.

Standalone workout videos can be, as well. The five listed below don't take much time and offer another way to rap the benefits of exercise in your own.
