During these uncertain times, with altered lifestyles and modified schedules, we're all seeking to find things that are in our control. The good news is we can make choices at each and every moment to bolster our health and well-being. When we feel off-balance, however, and we're going from one Zoom meeting to another - not to mention making time for families, exercise and meals - those choices aren't always so clear.

In this video series, I’ll share with you the science, practices and strategies that are grounded in positive psychology, the scientific study of optimal well-being, to help you cultivate calm, prioritize positivity and raise resilience — now and always. There are many practical tools and exercises that are available, and it’s my goal to explore them with you and help you find ways to take control of what is often within us or right in front of us. Over the course of six videos, we’ll spend time talking about topics such as mindfulness and the mind-body connection, self-care, positive emotions, relationships, kindness and more.

Wishing you all safety, peace and good health,

Caren Osten
