Is there still a stigma of instability if a job candidate has moved to different companies within a short time span? Or is that seen as a well-experienced candidate?
Answer
The stigma that automatically came from moving from company to company after only a few months has definitely lessened. If there are legitimate reasons why you’ve moved from job to job, most employers understand. Make sure that your resume/cover letter explains your rationale - or that it’s obvious based on your job responsibilities - to make sure you are not excluded from the candidate pool.
