Strength Finders 2.0
Author: Tom Rath
Genre: Career/Business
Comments
Strength Finders 2.0 is a great read that helps you identify your strengths through an online assessment test, and then you are able to dive deeper into what each strength means. Besides gaining a better understanding of your strengths, it allows you to learn how to work with people who have strength opposite of yours. I found that to be very valuable in both my personal and professional life. If you are looking to learn more about your strengths and how to use them to your advantage, I highlight recommend this book.
