I'm much more of a pleasure reading than the business book reader. I read a lot of fiction. One of my favorites has been To Kill A Mockingbird, which is probably 60 years old now. The character development and the tensions they go through - [the] racial strife and people coming to grips with "who I am" and "how do I want to approach situations" - those are the books and stories I like reading, and always find very helpful in reminding me that your character, who you are and how you approach things are, in my mind, as important as anything you do on your job from day to day.
