EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

Break out of the middle with the skills you need to advance.

This high-quality online learning program is specifically designed for WISE members in middle management to broaden their horizons and position themselves for advancement. 

Since its launch in 2021, more than 500 WISE members have come through the program, representing nearly 200 organizations across the sports landscape — from leagues, teams, media, venues, brands, governing bodies and nonprofits.

WISE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (WELI)

The gold standard in leadership training.

WELI is a four-day in-person program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business that combines the academic rigor of Tuck’s world-class faculty with the real lived experiences of WISE executives in a collaborative small group setting.

Launched in 2014, WELI has impacted the careers of more than 300 alumnae in the upper echelon of the business of sports, representing industry-leading organizations such as teams, leagues, the media, sponsors, agents and more.

MCCORMACK GRADUATE SCHOLARS AWARD

Tuition-free graduate-level education for WISE Members.

Each year, two WISE members are awarded tuition-free admission to UMass Amherst's Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management for their choice of degree: a two-year MBA/MS or a one-year MS. All professional-level WISE members are eligible to apply.
