WISE Within Mentor Program

Thank you for your interest in WISE Within. WISE Within is a benefit of membership. You must be a professional level WISE member in good standing through 2021. Membership will be verified.

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered.

Completing the Application

If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so when you click on the application button at the bottom of this page. 

The online application takes about 30-40 minutes to complete. Please take your time in answering these questions thoughtfully and completely. The more thorough your responses, the better we will be able to ascertain your needs and career goals. Read more on how your answers can impact your match and mentoring relationship. 

You will be required to attach your resume. We recommend that you review all the questions first and then complete the application after you have gathered your answers to avoid losing any data. You may also click on the "Print Form" button at the bottom of the application. Upon submission, a receipt with a copy of your responses will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this, please contact us.

We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your browser. We have experienced issues with Internet Explorer submissions not being received.

Selection & Matching

The prevailing factor in the selection process is the quality of the match as it is the basis of a successful mentoring relationship. We consider the mentee's career objective and strive to match them with a mentor's experience and strengths, as well as the goals of the WISE Within program. 

A committee will review all applications and determine the best matches. There is a careful matching process and we do NOT guarantee participation. Matching will take place in March and you will be notified of your participation status in late March/early April.
