Van is the President of the VanAdams Sports Group where for two decades she has represented a number of iconic sports celebrities and executed marketing campaigns for their personal celebrity and/or business ventures. Van has produced upscale live events for athlete and corporate clients in Super Bowl, MLB, and NBA All-Star cities across the nation. She was a Business Connect participant with the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee, a program providing increased opportunities for local small businesses. She was also a keynote speaker and facilitator for the program. An advocate for women in business, 

Van is the creator and producer of Gathering on the Greens®, an initiative that encourages women to seek opportunities beyond the office grow their professional networks. Van is a Top 25 Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners award recipient, Crain's NY Most Notable Women in Sports Business and was one of 17 participants in the inaugural Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Executive Leadership Institute at Dartmouth. In addition, Van is a former adjunct professor and regular contributing writer and guest speaker for various industry outlets. In addition to her role as chapter president, Van is the chapter liaison for WISE National where she oversees 20+ chapters throughout the US and Canada.

Nachamah heads a strategic marketing and communications consultancy focusing mainly on the financial services field, in which she has held a number of senior executive positions for more than two decades. Most recently, she headed public relations in the Americas for Newedge, a leading global brokerage firm. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Corporate Communications for Fimat USA and Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for the New York Mercantile Exchange. While at the Exchange, she introduced a sports marketing program that included a five-year title sponsorship of the annual interleague series between the Mets and Yankees – the first corporate sponsorship of a regular season series in MLB history; the introduction of a live ticker feed of energy prices during Astros games and activated events at Minute Maid Field and a title sponsorship of the 2004 MLB All-Star Futures game.To her credit, Nachamah has organized events ranging from a September 11th memorial service for an audience of 3,000 including the governor and mayor of New York to ground-breakings and product launches. Prior to joining the NYC Metro Board of Directors, Nachamah volunteered on WISE national and NYC Metro communications committees.

By day, Na'eema is Vice President, Global Experiential Marketing at Citi with more than 15 years of events marketing, special event production, and management experience. Na'eema began her career in talent recruiting with Goldman Sachs and has held event marketing roles with Major League Baseball and J.P. Morgan. She also worked on a short-term contract assignment with the National Basketball Association planning a multi-city tour event. A longstanding WISE member, Na'eema held volunteer roles with the WISE national office before joining the NYC Metro Chapter events team and later serving on the board of directors as the WISE Within Mentoring Program chair and the coordinating the annual Speed Mentoring Roundtable event.

By day, Christine is Vice President of Labor Finance at the National Football League’s headquarters in New York City. She is an accomplished Finance executive with a 15+ year career specializing financial strategy and risk assessment. Over her 11 years at the National Football League, Christine now leads the Labor Finance group, which oversees the league economics and strategy that factors into the calculation of the Salary Cap. Prior to the National Football League, Christine worked for Arthur Andersen, where she was part of the enterprise division, focused primarily on auditing technology clients. Christine is an alumni of the Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Executive Leadership Institute at Dartmouth.

For WISE NYC Metro, she oversees corporate member recruitment, membership growth and retention strategy, and engagement activities such as quarterly networking Member Meet-Ups.

By day, Lauren serves as the Vice President of Media and Partnerships at the Professional Fighters League (PFL), where she plays a pivotal role in driving advertising revenue for the league and crafting media and sales strategies. With 25 years of experience, she is widely recognized as a game changer in her field. For WISE NYC Metro, she leads the partnerships team and plays a key role in the chapter’s revenue generating efforts.
