NEW YORK, NY – May 17, 2017 – The NYC Metro Chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) recently appointed Shivani Banker, Carol Dann and Pamela Rappaport to its Board of Directors.
Shivani Banker, named membership chair, is the community development manager at Tough Mudder, Inc. She builds, maintains and retains relationships with numerous community partners located within the cities that host Tough Mudder events.
Carol Dann, selected as digital media and marketing chair, is senior director of information technology for the National Hockey League and a former WISE National board member. She is responsible for internal applications management, and is currently managing team sponsorship tracking, marketing planning, officiating and quality control systems. Dann launched the first-ever global mobile platform for the delivery of all NHL content to mobile devices.
Pamela Rappaport, appointed partnerships chair, is a director in the global partnerships division at WME | IMG. She is responsible for leveraging partnerships with a variety of domestic and global brands across various platforms including music, Olympics and the NBA.
