Inspiration comes from many avenues. In our WISE Bookshelf feature, members share some of the titles that have encouraged them to think outside of the box, try a new approach, dig down deep for the confidence they needed to make that big decision or simply allowed them a reprieve from the daily grind. Happy reading!
Strength Finders 2.0 by Tom Rath
Strength Finders 2.0 is a great read that helps you identify your strengths through an online assessment test, and then you are able to dive deeper into what each strength means. Besides gaining a better understanding of your strengths, it allows you to learn how to work with people who have strengths opposite of yours. I found that to be very valuable in both my personal and professional life. If you are looking to learn more about your strengths and how to use them to your advantage, I highly recommend this book.
